Watercolor painting fits my loose style well, and are convenient to tackle when I’m on location or simply want to work through an image faster than a standard canvas painting. These scenes are all painted on smaller sizes, either 4″ x 6″ or 9″ x 12″.

I typically use artist-grade watercolor paper, either Arches or Canson, cut to size to fit into my travel art kit. And the watercolor paint used here are either by Windsor Newton or Pentel (I have several sets).
