Description

This is a painting of the great nebula in Orion. I based the colors off of an existing NASA image of the region. The Orion Nebula is one of my favorites as it is so spectacular, and can be seen with the naked eye on a clear night. It is a nebula that I’ve painted a number of times and in different sizes. However, this one is my current favorite and I look forward to doing more.

The painting is 16″ x 20″ x 1″ acrylic on canvas. It is unframed.
